Apartamentos Pae des Camp, Ibiza - Conditions

SCHEDULE:

Check-out 10.00 hrs
Our reception is not open around-the clock. We operate tourist apartments, all our arrivals require a previous reservation.

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
The booking won’t be confirmed until we receive your booking request via email and the down payment.

PAYMENT METHOD:
To confirm your reservation a down payment is required:

• Reservation for up to one week 120 Euros
• Reservation for up to two week  180 Euros
• Reservation for up to three weeks 240 Euros

After we receive the down payment we will send you a confirmation of the requested services via e-mail. It can be paid via bank transfer (Account number in the price list).
The remaining amount is to be paid upon occupancy of the accommodation

CANCELLATION:

• If the cancellation is made eight weeks before your arrival, we reimburse the down payment minus 15% for management costs.
• If the cancellation is made less than eight weeks before your arrival, 100% of the already paid amount is forfeited.
• If you do not show up on the day of your arrival, the reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours. There will be no reimbursement 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A 50 Euro security deposit is required at check-in, which will be returned on the customer’s departure after inspecting the apartment. If there are any damages, breakages or anomalies the respective costs will be deducted from the mentioned security deposit.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT:
The client declares to understand and accept the present terms and conditions. The customer accepts and agrees with the terms and conditions by one of the following acts:

• Accepting the services and quotation sent via email
• Making the booking
• The reception by email of the confirmation of the booking
• Paying the down payment
